The way I see it, "I'm With You" and "One Way Dream" are two versions of the same song, with "I'm With You" coming from Sage's perspective and "One Way Dream" coming from Sonic's perspective; Sage's perspective is obviously more melancholy and sad, while Sonic's perspective is more cheerful and happy.

If everyone ask about it you have probably like 5% chance they think about doing it. It's still extra work for something they already finished. Ohtani confirmed he'll be busy making more musics for something starting this year and we still don't know if the DLCs have extra songs already made for it. The more logical course of action for me would be... Making arranged version for some songs and put lyrics for the occasion.

This does blend oddly well

If you listen to Vandalize you can portray yourself being betrayed by sonic team because frontiers didn't reached your expectations. And Dear Father, it can be use as a goodbye song if you put yourself instead of "father" in the lyrics I had the theory that if the game flopped it could've been the end of the series. But it's probably complicated to just stopped suddenly in a big company like this (And sonic games still sales a lot)

I changed the tone of voice a little bit because since it was slowed, it sounded super off

If update three adds to the final boss and we get to fight the ACTUAL End instead of a purple rock while blasting one way dream I will break into tears 😭

The reason for the end being a rock is that's what death looks like to us. To sonic it looked different (hence him referring to it as "he") and to sage it looked different too. It probably was a last minute choice when the boss was rushed though lol
