For a while I felt sonic exe games lost their charm In try to adding to much lore and forgetting a lot of the horror creepy pasta elements that made it at the beginning glad to see this game decided to focus more on it

I agree with you. Even if i love when they try to put some lore in the game, il also love this kind of game who tells you "you are here and you do you're best to survive. See ya". It's more scary that way.

Exender is a damn cheater, he froze time.

One thing I noticed in this version is that Tikal (or the entity disguising itself as her) slowly changes with each crystal collected before the chase. Also, is that plant at the beginning of the second level holding Charmy or a badnik in its jaws?

Pretty sure non of the emeralds are sentient,knuckles himself should be able to easily dodge a slash like that but at least this one acknowledges the existance of the emeralds.

i like the atmosphere but i don't think i can take the spooky sonic design here seriously.. i think its partly due to the mr. beast pose that he did from the tails section. 😭😭

Seems like there isn't a eggman level because in the end we killed all of them in two demos: Tails Knuckles Eggman and Metal Sonic
