Went back and looked at some of your previous work, and my god, this is amazing! Keep improving, you're doing great!

I love how well detailed the sprites are, you can tell its xenophanes due to the shining purple scales he has on his hair and the vey ominous red pupils on sonics left eye (including how its black)

Well, due to the Genesis limitations on shading, I doubt it. It would be better for a later game in the Genesis, such as Sonic 3 & Knuckles, as the lock on capability raises the capacity on how detailed sprites can be.
