The issue Here is Apple Arcade. I know a lot of people have iPhones but releasing your game exclusively to Apple Arcade is like releasing a show exclusively to Peacock. You would’ve had better results literally anywhere else.

They patched sonic frontiers last horizon.. fixing everything people wanted.. Knuckle's glide.. amy's damage, tail is more busted, combat.. and most importantly.. MASTER KOKO TRAILS.. THE PARRY IS FIXED

As much as I love gameplay, I think the animation details just make up the most of it, I've never seen Sonic Animations (excluding most cutscenes) this good before and I wish to see more of it. There's so much a small piece of animation can do.

This is weird, but I really like how floppy Rouge's ears are when she enters a stage. Reminds me of her physics in SA2 :3

Imagine how cool this game would be if it wasn't APPLE EXCLUSIVE.

To be fair, Rouge has always been playing her own angle when interacting with Shadow, and he grew up in an environment that had no need for money, so his bartering skills are terrible. Like, sure, Rouge isn't actually a bad person, but she needs her palms greased to keep up appearances. Why do a good deed for free when you can get paid while having the same positive results?

Can we appreciate the level of animative fluidity in the in-engine cutscenes? Everyone looks so ALIVE in comparison to something like Forces or Frontiers.

I can't believe how good the animated cutscenes are, its so bouncy and they actually animate the godamn eyebrows. Reminds me of the opening of Unleashed

Sonic has been on a win streak lately. Kind of feel like if they make a Sonic Prime game with all the attributes it would do well. Especially the gloves and different features because the show in a way is like Sonic Colors but instead of planets you get different dimensions and there's more to explore with different characters. After Frontiers & Dream Team. Anything is possible.

I'd been waiting too long for a major game to have her appear, let alone be playable, so I'm playing strictly as her when offered the choice lol 10:35 - 10:40 Indeed lol All the Dream Orb Shard missions have Lo-fi esque music. Very befitting for a game based in dreams. EDIT- 34:04 - 34:08 Cream is 6 years old, which is indeed around Tails' age of 8. Though technically, none of the characters have firm ages anymore lol I'd just call Cream and Tails "Child" age while the rest of the cast are "Teens"

It’s too funny to see every character look really disgusted/confused when they beat a level and the orb goes in their chest then do a 180 to be happy for the finish screen

This game look like it might actually be a contender for the best handling 3D Sonic platformer, which is crazy considering it's a small mobile game. These developers need to be trusted with a full AAA release.

The level design of this is really good... the levels themselves are rather "compact" (at least the first set of them), but they loop in and have multiple paths that ultilize the smaller space (compared to other sonic games). 2nd set seems closer to typical sonic games but still doing what seems to be this game's "style" in level design. Overall..it's awesome..i hope they stick with it in more games. It's funny..we went from Open World Sonic to Closed World Sonic. If i had any complaint...the soundtrack is kinda mid. It fits but it feels neither Sonic nor rememberable...it's generic tier.. EDIT: Wait...i just remembered... Didn't Sonic already mess with the Dream Realm in Sonic Shuffle? Does Ari know Lumina and Void? Is the Preciousstone stronger than Ari and the Dream Core? Are Maginaryworld and the Reverie seperate things or parts of the entire "Dreamworld"? Where was Ari when Shuffle was going on if "yes"? ...i've probably written a chunk of Charri's script whenever he plays this game.

I’m pretty sure they have two of each character type (Running, flying and gliding) because one is a boy version and the other is the girl version so that neither boys or girls feel left out when they play.

My only complaint with this game is Cream and Rouge's voice, they clearly couldn't get the old voice actors to voice them and they just sound off. Rouge sounds too young. Cream just sounds jarring. Heck even Amy sounds kinda weird at times.

This should be understandable: shadow and silver were both in tons of sonic games more than cream and everyone thought at Sega that maybe it was time to take a break from these hedgehogs for a bit. After all, we wouldn't want any of our characters gone forever, right?

@@LostCookie93I’m confused why they didn’t try to get the actress from that for her, or at least give her as reference for this job.. the line where Sonic implies she isn’t innocent and she responds with a line like “what do you mean by that”, I imagine Rouge feigning ignorance an being playful about it, but her delivery in this game sounds like she was genuinely confused lol

This game is just awesome. And yet, i'm still mad that us non apple users cannot play this masterpiece >:( They know they could have put it on consoles and pc ! I absolutely adored my time with Dream Team. Its an a amazing game. Playing with a control makes this game for me as fun as games like Colors and Gens!

Thank you for doing a whole playthrough! I don't have any apple products and don't really wanna buy any so Im sad I'm going to miss out on this game.

For some reason I had Bowser's fury vibes the whole video, then Nightmare Eggman showed up. I love seeing the villains getting crazy powers.

Holy freaking crap I really did not expect this game to be so damn good especially for a mobile game.

I was very hesitant and judge mental the first time I saw this trailer…I started playing yesterday….I’m blown away(pause), but I wasn’t expecting it to be that good. From the voice acting, cutscenes, and 3d gameplay. I couldn’t believe it, it’s an amazing title for a mobile game. Oh and I couldn’t believe how good the level designs are, it feels so open almost. Like I was having trouble staying in a straight line because there was just so many other obstacles catching my eye. 10/10 for me

Incase you didnt know choc: Amy and Sonic play the same Tails and Cream play the same Rouge and Knuckles play the same So technically 3 characters since the other 3 dont do anything new

Another great Sonic game indeed! My only nitpick rn is that since I'm used to Rouge having a more "womany" voice (between her previus appearences & Sonic Prime) that her higher pitch in this throws me off every time. Just my feelings on it, the other voices are great!

Okay, this was definitely one of the coolest Sonic games I've ever seen! If this ever gets ported to Switch or PlayStation, you bet your ass I'm playing it! Also yeah, that soundtrack goes hard, though that's true for literally EVERY Sonic game. And Choc, I do recommend Sonic Riders! I've only played Zero Gravity, but the series is well worth playing. And to answer your question of how fast Sonic's ever run, his biggest speed feat is when he outran that black hole at the end of Sonic Colors, clocking in at 200 million miles per hour. Thanks for the info, DEATH BATTLE! lol!

Ariem is actually a really nice play on words with rem sleep, which is the kind of sleep that makes you have dreams, which is a really nice touch.

The character models and expressions look so good in this game that i unironically hope these are carried into future console and pc sonic games

The only real complaint I would give the game from what I've seen here outside of some of the level design would be the cutscenes, I feel like having them reminiscent of Sonic and the Secret Rings or Sonic and the Black Knight would have just been visually amazing, especially since it's in a similar kind of light to the storybook games with the whole dream/imagination aspect

I'd say it was. I saw sonic frontiers dlc and I didn't like it but that doesn't make it bad. I knew clearly that sonic frontiers final horizon was amazing, I just wasn't a big fan of it. I didn't like sonic frontiers at all but that's not me saying everyone has to dislike it. The sonic symphony was good to, but I fell asleep through it all. I know this cause I asked other people. I heard good things about it. Sonic superstars was great to and they basically made a classic cream with trip. The only thing I had with it was it was just fang and not his full gang. Bean is sort of tolerable but I don't really like him. Bark is my favorite and fang is pretty funny. I enjoyed sonic prime but I was a little bummed out that cream isn't in it. I mean, that could have been creams big comeback but I guess they just went with this game. The only thing I don't like is that rouge is the second girl. You should never only include the most popular sonic characters, that's dumb and stupid. You should include the sonic characters that deserve to come back. Lastly, I loved the sonic ice cream. It tasted delicious. That was my favorite sonic thing in 2023. Let's just hope that characters like CREAM get the spotlight more in 2024. I swear, if that doesn't happen, I will be devastated.

Sonic Riders also has multiplayer so it would be fun to see you and the gang play it together on Sidequest. It's been so long but it could help if you want to search up some tutorials for the game.

0:58 The helmet that Dr. Eggman was wearing, reminded me of that one inator that Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz invented, where he used a similar helmet to control termite! Just a fun and little comparison I made. :]

Would love if Sonic team and this team merged to make the next sonic game. This feels what cyberspace should've been, the level design works much more with frontiers' moveset than frontiers' cyberspace
