This game had ZERO misses... The graphics, soundtrack, gameplay, chaos... It was a 10/10... The nostalgia is ridiculous watching this, smiling ear to ear right now, singing each song word for word, damn near acting like I got the controller in my hands while you're playing this... Uh Sonic Adventure 1 had a open world though that you could explore, this doesn't sadly and is more mission based

2:12:48 That scene with that music just gets me everytime. Shadow on the verge of leaving the island until he heard Rouge's cry for help which sounds similar to Maria's cry for help, which pushed him to go back to save Rouge from suffering the same fate Maria did.

@@glenngriffon8032 According to an Article I read a while ago, the Voice actor of Tails in Sonic adventure 2 is the younger brother of the original Tails Voice actor in Sonic adventure 1. The original Voice actor wasn't able to voice act because he hit puberty and his voice got a bit deeper, so his younger brother was able to voice act Tails just because their voices sounded similar and because they probably thought that he could easily voice act Tails. So I'm guessing he probably didn't have any experience.

I think it is fair to say that once we as players grow up a bit and encounter more boss fights, we start to understand them better and then the boss fights that looked difficult in the past turn out to be really easy.

I remember my mother went with my aunt at the mall when GameCube still around and she bought this game for me and my siblings and we loved it. I miss my time when GameCube were a thing…

This game was so incredible for its time, nostalgia is insane!

One of the most memorable games of the early 2000’s nothing will beat the joy of playing this in the basement with my brother on that blocky 20 inch screen tv we had. I remember collecting mass amounts of green phials to make my chao look like sonic with spikes growing from his head.

Cosmic wall is one of the best stages in the game. Absolutely perfect.

The levels with knuckles were my favorite as a kid. Pumpkin hill was my favorite level in the entire game

I still love this game till this day! Love the play through 💖

SEGA just needs to go ahead and make a remastered collection of Sonic Adventure 1+ 2 and Sonic Heroes,along with Sonic Advance Trilogy. That Early 2K’s sonic era is unmatched

I think it would be best a Remake of both Adventure games, it would be awesome with the new Voice acting and graphics, the music should stay the same though

I've lost track of how many times I've played this game from start to finish over the years and how many hours I put into the chao garden. For me, it's one of the best games ever.

When i player the Cannon's core at knuckles part i did not know there was a bubble spawner cuz i was about to drown and the rouge last level was very hard i got stuck in that level and the final hazard was very hard and when Sonic Said to change characters i did not know what was the button

Pyramid Cave and Crazy Gadget had my favorite songs in the entire game ♥️

This is the coolest intro in the whole game's series

did you know that on the gamecube, it's launch title was Luigi's Mansion, after that, Sonic Adventure 2 Battle released, and almost a year later, Super Mario Sunshine released! Luigi appeared on GameCube before his big brother, and Sonic appeared BEFORE Mario on the GameCube, which was "Mario's Console"!

King Boom Boo scared the poop outta me at first.Heck,I felt bad for Knuckles since he was terrified of ghosts and was getting chased around by a huge one.Also noticed he ran even faster during the ghost mine area......XD

Well I played the game when I was 3 or 4 so yeah

This is the only Sonic game that I ever truly loved.

I could just imagine Shadow escaping out of the green forest and screaming at eggman that he almost had not survived because of all the parkour Sonic also had to get through

They need to remake this game!

I forgot how wonky the dialogue was in this game. I guess I didn’t care when I was a kid. I played the dog mess out of this game

IIRC the original Dreamcast's dialogue was not as wonky. Somehow everything gets wonkier each times it get ported (shadow silhouette not working, dialogue became even wonkier...).

This game was so ahead of its time. Brings back good 2000s memories on the GameCube

i like how in the final hazard shadow and sonic give each other compliments and do stuff for the other
