In fact, didn't Queen give her the copyright on this (her) arrangement of the song in appreciation since they also made a lot of money from this video as people ran from this to the original to see the difference. That is simply incredible!

There are not enough adjectives in language for this amazing artist!

The only person in the world who dares at the age of 13 in front of millions of people live to change one of the most iconic songs into a completely different one, but equally beautiful. The other young singers her age can only dream of doing this. She is one of a kind and the best singer in the world and beyond for me. Today by watching your reaction video, I probably accumulated like 100 views of Angelina's singing this song......and it still touched me deeply. No matter how many times I have to type this, I have to say that she is one of the most important singers in this era (and the eras to come!!). There are good singers. There are unique singers. Angelina pulled the opening note spot on out of nowhere (no music cue). Queen gave its blessing on this performance. She sneaks in melismas when you aren't ready. The air support she controls enabled her to ascend into the high belting note that stunned Aleisha Dixon. This was Angelina's introduction to the viewing audience across America and in other countries around the world that carried the broadcast. This performance was pulled from KZread for awhile due to Angelina retaining exclusive rights to the selection and AGT not sharing in those rights. Good for you for allowing the Barefoot Angel to smack you again.

I am almost certain that the cue was in her ear piece. When you have an instrument joining you after an acapella start it is usually advisable to have a cue note.

I am so glad to see that you recognize Angelina’s unique abilities as a musician. Yes there are many very talented child singers, but none of them are on Angelina’s level. The vast majority of child singers are one dimensional and do not have Angelina’s uncanny maturity, professionalism and vocal versatility. Angelina doesn’t need to belt out high notes or extend the song with unending runs to earn our appreciating, respect and admiration. Angelina’s supremely gifted ability to rearrange a song and then perform it with the accompaniment of an acoustic guitar or piano and then hold us speechless and spellbound says it all.

Goosebumps every time I hear her!

Yeah... "you haven't heard nuttin yet". She has so many where she really lets loose, and all are amazing, but my favorite with the high notes, has to be her "I Have Nothing (Whitney Houston Tribute)". I do so love watching people be amazed at this artist every time she sings. The very last song released as of now, written for her by a fellow Norwegian EDM duo called TRXD, called "Above The Water" (audio only) shows that there is no limit to the genre of music she can cover. I'm enjoying following you on your journey. I look forward to many more.

One of my big favorites. Goosebumps and tears. Many people though that she cant belt out, but she can do anything you can imagine with this fantastic voice. I think this is Angelina's century !!!!!!!!

As an older fan, age wise, you need to watch 'Fly me to the moon' on the program 'The View' and A Natural Women, beautiful versions.

Often those with a "true power" nurture it, develop it, but understand how and when displaying it truly is integral.

Oh, I just knew you'd get around to this Angelina classic rendition... You're not cheating Soul, there literally are 100s of songs of hers to choose from. This one brought her fame in America.

This is the best re-interpretation of this song I've ever heard, even though it's just a part of the song. She's come a long way form an amazing start. And don't feel bad. Angelina doesn't belt often but when she does, she can melt your soul.

Shortly after this AGT performance, here's what Queen tweeted: "WOW! What a great rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody. #angelina jordan." Pretty high praise from the band that created this song. She actually has created a brand new song---very bluesie with a jazz vibe. Basically, she should have won this fiasco, but singers have no chance under this stupid voting system. But she did get the golden buzzer and received worldwide exposure. And she has just signed with Republic Records, one of the best companies in the music industry. So I'd say Angelina is doing just fine. I always love your Angelina reactions. 😊💕 And oh yeah Soul, she can belt with the best of them when she wants to; just doesn't need to in most of the songs she sings.

@@mikeray1273 Do you have some inside track to what sara and mery wanted? I don't think they had anything to do with the voting. If you look at the two year history of this show, singers do not do well under this stupid voting system. Also, there are no strings attached to winning this show like there are with the regular AGT. And her exposure would have been even greater if she had won. And there would have been no obligation for her to do anything. Although I'm quite happy with the way things have turned out.

If you want to listen to her belting you must watch her tribute to Whitney Houston with "I Have Nothing" or her cover of Queen's "The Show Must Go On". Good reaction!

I believe this breathy melismatic style is Angelina's chosen style going forward, and likely helped seal the deal on the Republic Records contract. With the fact the family has turned down all contract offers since Angelina was 8, and now accepts this one, tells me that this deal was definitely in Angelina's best interests, otherwise I don't believe it would have been accepted. I can't wait for Angelina's first Republic release, and hope she truly is their "highest priority new artist," as that statement by them means they are going to spend the money to promote her music to the max. Elsewhere I have commented that when Angelina finally puts her signature on a contract she would have such a huge following that she would be able to dictate terms to the other party. That is what resulted from her appearance on AGT. She definitely has the goods to back it up.

I hope not. She needs to retain her breadth. I suspect her turning 14 and it's legal ramifications, had much more influence on her signing with anybody. See: www.dir.ca.gov/dlse/childlaborlawpamphlet.pdf . Republic is a good choice, and you can be sure she had plenty of choice.

I honestly don't like her cover for The Show Must Go On. There are just a few songs that I think she missed the target with her cover. A very few. That one is one of them.

We have all been waiting for you to check this one out! Chronological is good, but I also think it's great that you jumped ahead to see this masterpiece. I think it will help you appreciate the younger stuff even more to see where she is currently. (well... where she was a year ago, as this was recorded in Oct 2019). This one really drives it home that Angelina is not just a great child singer... Angelina is an artist. So now when you see her do "It's a Mans World" at 12, or "Cry Me A River" at 11, or "Every time we say goodbye" at 10... you will see that her age is not really a factor in what makes her so great... she is just an artist and always has been.

Yes this. She has proved in several recordings that she has the chops to go big. But she doesn't need that to convey emotion and meaning, and she has a wonderful musical sense. I dearly hope to be around in 10 or 15 years to hear where she goes, because at 14 she's already phenomenal.

@@jangunnarrooth Totaly agree..sadldy nowadays,it seems that everything start with belting and end with belting..of course she can do it but a least she uses it with intelligence..she can do that because she has this ability to bring out the soul of the music ,the soul of the lyrics.Sadly most of the singers of these days have only that tirck of the trade (belting) to bring some emotion...and who said that a great singer should belt ?????I could mention many greats singers ,male or female who never belt...!!!There is a difference between a singer and an "acrobatic vocal performer"

Totally agree. Her respect for her craft, the artists she covers, and the respect for her instrument which is her voice is what makes her that much more powerful because she takes all the precautions, makes all the arrangements and that is why she can deliver such powerful renditions. She understands music and im so grateful she has such a great family unit that has protected her from the pariahs of Hollyweird and elsewhere that would seek to exploit such raw talent. She is the 8th wonder of the world to me and im so excited to see what comes next for her. 💓

Angelina, my favorite singer that I discovered just late last year has had me listening to her songs everyday since then. My only regret is that I am not a young person to see all of her future material. Superb reaction Soul, goosebumps and all, thumbs up.
