Mainly drunk men . It gets really violent with gangs of drunks carrying on after dark. Its supposed to finish at 6 pm

Jordan bloody awesome, yesterday was close to 90° where I live and over 100° in Las Vegas this would have been a perfect time for an event like this, no I've never been there but looks like a lot of fun when it's more than your friends and it's just the people in the city taking part that really breaks up the tension. That's awesome!!! I follow some thai artists and always felt curiosity about some characters with water guns and then I discovered what is Songkran! Really nice video, looks very fun!

This is so much fun!!! I regret that my visit to Bangkok last April have to be postponed. But looking forward to better days ahead.

I miss Songkran after all the travel restrictions. Always made me laugh how the locals would escalate the situation in Bkk by selling everyone industrial amounts of ice to chill the water.

We love songkran

In México we used to fill up ballons with water 🎈💧 when we were kids and throw it to each other making us all wet. This stopped when somebody said we were in drought and should take care of water. Which makes no sense since industrial use of water is disproportionate. And seems also like they haven't heard about water cycle either.
