I think I speak for a lot of people. I am sitting here listening to this song on repeat. Eyes closed. Remembering. The good, the bad and everything inbetween, music like Ephixa's was there the whole way. It got us through times when it got tough, but it was also there for when the times were great. The nostalgia is hitting on a whole different level. Thank you for letting us remember in this unique way.

This feels like the definitive version of the song. The original feels like summoning rain on a pirate ship on a listless overcast kinda day. "Hey, let's get some rain in here. Ah that's nice. What a beautiful day! Man I love rain!" This version feels like I'm summoning a storm. A Proper Storm. There's a handful of trees somewhere that aren't gonna make it thru this one. The drums in this version feels like thunder, like the initial crack followed by the sub-heavy lingering rumble. Contrasted with the melody being played on a chiptune saw wave, it feels so personal. Iunno if it's the fact that the soundfont is familiar, evocative of childhood wonder, or some trickery with how the reverb on it is mixed, but this feels like the melody's home turf. Bonus points for how the rave lead surges to full power when it's first introduced, just for a lil bit, feels so badass. "The weather bows before me today. I am limitless."

Not only STILL the best Zelda dubstep, but some of the best Dubstep ever IMO.

This song made me like dubstep when i was just a teenager, which later led to me being a metalhead. This song made me to like and seek out music, to refine my taste and not just listen to radio. And after quite some time, to be someone who enjoys music very much. Thank you for the nostalgia.

@@icyearth Would love to, but just like most other genres, metal has a vast amount of subgenres. I can't recommend you songs, but I can tell you what bands I like. So I started with Linkin Park's first two albums, as well as Limp Bizkit and Korn. This subgenre is called nu metal. Then got into metalcore, such as Avenged Sevenfold's earlier albums, Bring Me The Horizon's Sempiternal, Silverstein, A Day To Remember, later I got into older, more classic metal like Black Sabbath and Motörhead, but mainly thrash metal such as Metallica, Megadeth, Anthrax or Kreator. I also listened to progressive such as Caligula's Horse or Tool. Lately I've been more into more recent and modern metal such as Slipknot, Trivium, Lamb of God, Jinjer and so on. I'm always into different kinds of metal, so can't really tell you one, also, if I listened to some of those like 10 years ago, I would not have liked them. Sooo, hope you can find a band or a subgenre you like. I obviously listened to many others, but those came to my mind that were influential in those specific subgenres. If you like dubstep, you can even find metal-step such as Korn's The Path of Totality album, Blue Stahli or Sullivan King. Have a nice day!
