My story begins like this, I see the Lord's hand from the time of my conception in my life, My Mom wanted to abort me, I was saved due to the efforts of a Doctor who is a Catholic Nun, All my chilhood memories are flooded with how I searched for God, I was very much involved in all religious activities but I still did not have the real peace in his heart. I often wondered, “After all these religious ceremonies which I am performing every day, am I in right relationship with God? Is he drawing closer to me? My earliest encounter with Christ was big image of the Sacred Heart, I always felt called by Him, During classes and even at break I used to look at Him, the day His eyes met mine, He never left me, I still was a stauch Hindu, I wanted to overcome my karma by performing devotional rituals, but fear of death and reincarnation had overcome me, the words of Christ to Martha has set me free " I am the Ressurection", I followed Jesus right from I was 11, I was hated by my family and relatives for my faith in Him, but the Lord was gracious enough to take me into His fold when I was 16, I was baptized along with my Mom and maternal Grandmother into the Church. Jesus my Savior, my King my all in all changed my life, there is no meaning to life without Him.

WHEN I WAS A KID: THE SKY WAS BEAUTIFUL. THE BEAUTIFUL BLUE SKY. BEAUTIFUL CLOUDS, THE BEAUTIFUL FLORA AND FAUNA, WITHOUT REALISING THAT GOD IS THE CREATOR OF ALL OF THOSE. NOW, I REALISED THAT GOD IS THE BEAUTY HIMSELF, THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GOD of all god's.

I was so lost a few seasons ago, and I couldn't hear the Lord like I always had, so I searched for a song to sing in deep worship. I found this one, and I blasted it so loud as I drove around the city calling out to the Lord in longing to be with him and hear his voice again. I refused to be ignored or turned aside, and he came quickly to ease my fears and show that He is always with me, and I am loved with an everlasting love. Knowing the greatest Love, makes me love greater than I knew possible, and I want to shine to the world how much we are loved by the Lord, so they can all turn and receive that love to be set free and rise up in destiny. Jesus you are my reality, and my passion and purpose is to worship and adore you with all that is in me and all that I have is yours to use as you will. You are my heart's desire!

Someone told me that if 'I was seeking Him, I've only just turned around and He's already halfway there to meet me". May I share that with you? I remember listening to this all the time when I was in a very bad place in my life. I am a lot better now & continue to be more like Jesus Christ. I know I'm late but anyway... I'm working in a ministry, and I tell you: Modern Christianity is *practical atheism.* All talk and words, but no power. No open miracles anymore. No fear of God anymore. The Holy Spirit is swept aside in today's churches, almost to the point of being utterly removed. Here's what I do: Ignore Christians and pursue the Person Who is the Holy Spirit. He's really all the fulfillment and wholeness you need. All the gold on Earth can't compare to having closeness to that Person.

I love Martin Smith. Not just his music, but he was always incredibly kind to me. He prophesied over me when he visited the church I was preaching at in TN and years later prayed that Aly and I would have kids when we weren't sure we could. An excellent brother and friend.

This song has stirred a multiplicity of emotions...I know this from the last few weeks, of discovering how much I must run to HIM when that snake tries his garbage, defeated snake. I love knowing the safest place for me is IN YESHUA. I know this now. I learned it through the trials . . . HIS love is perfection. I am more yielded and I run to you my beautiful Shepherd King. Psalm 51 is my favourite psalm. It is the psalm God used to grab my soul. Psalm 51:7-10 and 17 says, "Purge me with hyssop [the branch used to spread the blood of the passover lamb], and I shall be clean: wash me , and I shall be whiter than snow. Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which Thou hast broken may rejoice. Hide Thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities. Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me . . . The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and a contrite [humble, repentant] heart, O God, Thou wilt not despise." When we express our longing for God and give Him our brokenness, He promises He will not reject us.He sweeps away the broken pieces and gives us clean, pure, new spirit, in place of that which was broken! Hallelujah!

@Onion Face Okay, this is really confusing. Whatever happened to free will? Isn't everyone basically His people.. because He's the creator? So doesn't that mean he died for everyone.. for all of creation? I'm questioning a lot of what I know now in trying to fit this statement in... Some words I accept and can relate with, but others, I don't get.

We lost a dear friend this week. We seek to comfort his bride. Our own pain palpable. One day all will be made right. Thankful that our friend was immersed into Jesus’ death so he will be raised into His eternal life. Shalom

This is so romantic and spiritual. I love how there are many different interpretations in songs including this one. This is certainly refreshing because it doesn't sound like every other worship/Christian song. As a Christian youth it is important to me to immerse myself in God especially through music. I don't really connect to hymns and have felt disconnected from the mainstream Christian contemporary stuff because it doesn't evoke as much meaning to me. I feel like ( not to be rude or anything) they all sound the same and aren't creative. It really lets me down sometimes. This song has really helped me into a state of deep creative and loving worship. A worship that is not ritualistic but personal. Thank you for sharing your art!

Micah Ow you are in serious danger of worshipping the music and not God. Music, by the way, is NOT worship. It is prayer. Worship requires a sacrifice be offered and eaten. This is a problem for many. Also, looking for emotional uplift from music is a poor replacement for a relationship with the Lord. Emotions fade and feelings change. God requires your intellectual engagement. Love is not an emotion, it is the willing of good for the other as other. It is a voluntary intelligent response. Get rid of the emotions and begin loving!

God loves everybody no matter what, He forgave us all!
