Thank you for taking the time to do this review. I have a Retro on order so this was very helpful. Could you make a video on your van as you use it to haul your bikes. I have a van to carry my bikes. It would be nice to see how you did yours. Keep up the great work! Thanks.

Thanks for kind word Mark. The van is 80% complete. I worked with a small company called Earth Ship Vans to build it around the bikes. This is my mobile office, camper and bike hauler. I will do van tour video soon once we have the final pieces in place.
Sweet! Cool to finally see someone receive it.

Can’t wait to get one next year 💪
I like the scrambler since I’m a big and tall guy(6’5” 370 lbs). Spoke to one of their reps Mr Grey and I was static because it can handle my size well .
It would be nice if they could ship the bikes already. They missed the October date to ship with no new notice. We will see how this plays out. Everyone who got November shipping notification, I received October 4-8... No shipping info or anything as of yet
Finally a mad mod review!
Nice review
Very nice-looking bike for sure. Cool frame. I wonder, though, why should I buy this over, for example, the Juiced HyperScrambler 2, or the Ariel Rider X-Class 52V or Grizzly? The Sondors here is underpowered compared to those bikes, _especially_ for its weight. And it's even more expensive than the HyperScrambler 2, and almost as heavy -- and the HyperScrambler 2 has _two_ batteries.
Dang I can’t wait. Mines been sitting in LA Port for like a month 😩
Looking forward to getting mine soon, but the top speed seems so slow in comparison to my RX. I do not have much to loose I guess. I got in when it was $1499.99. Was really hoping I could just sell my RX when this arrived, till I wiped out on the gravel yesterday and scratched up the break levers and the handle bars. Those slicks on the rx are crap. I was only doing like 10 mph.
Thanks, I just received my madmod. I do you turn the headlight to high beam? Also is there a pdf manual. The assembly video was helpful, but it runs short. Is there a pdf assembly manual?
I'd like to see this bike put to the test especially off road. Mine will probably show up by the time that review comes.

Completely different market. I personally prefer the moped style ebike over the mountain bike ones that look like everything else (again it depends on how or where you plan to use the bike, etc.). Also, I would take direct drive hub motors any day over mid drive. And at the higher speeds, you will always want a sturdier frame/bike. At these very low speeds/powers weight then becomes very important hence the Nireeka is very good for this.
The hydraulic brakes are overkill and a headache to maintain. They should have just went with cables.
@eBikesUSA

Both types of brakes have their pros and cons. It generally comes down to price point. Many of our customers prefer hydraulic brakes if they are spending more that $2000.

This is one ugly bike. The frame is too heavy and thick...it has a weaker motor compared to the Ariel rider and Super 73. The upright handlebars look ridiculous when riding. With the thick frame, it looks like a poor-man's motorcycle. At least the Super 73 and Ariel Rider use thinner tube frames so that it LOOKS like a bike. This looks too much like a motorcycle and when he pedals, he looks embarrassing. And the top speed of 25 mph? What a joke. Also, the reviewer only goes 12 mph when testing the bike? Why not push it to show the viewers it's capabilities? That is a red flag right there in my book.
