Here's what Sona said translated into English: (My Armenian is a bit rusty, but this is the gist) 1:45: Sona's Mom: "What should I do Sona? What should I give the boys?" Sona: "Have they slept? Have they drank milk?" 3:52: Conan: "How are you today Sona?" Sona: "You are a very bad man. And I don't like working here anymore." Conan: "I wish to, sort of, sabotage the United States of America. Will you help me in my evil scheme?" Sona: "Yeah, your skin is very white. I've never seen anyone with skin so white before." Conan: "Yes, bad USA. We must bring down the bad United States. We must work within the United States to bring it down as secret spies. Don't you agree Sona?" Sona: "You're saying such foolish things now!" Conan: "Stop laughing spy! We're here to destroy America from within!" Sona: "No, no no. You're saying such foolish things. And I love America a lot. I really like living here." Conan: "Yes, I agree. Let's attack when they least expect it. In the night." 6:28: Conan: (In an Irish accent) "Oh gosh and begorrah, thank you Sona. Thanks for stopping by the podcast! It was nice having you here today. And how are you Sona? Have you anything to say to the fans before we slip over the rainbow and say goodnight?" Sona: "Yeah, I want to go home." Conan: "Ah, see? People from different cultures, CAN get along! Sona: "Yeah. You are a foolish man." Conan: "Have a tayto." Sona: "I don't want a potato. But thank you. I want to go home." Conan: "Oh no, I like America. No, I won't attack it." 7:39: Conan: (Still in an Irish accent) "Good night to all of ya! It was a wasted segment. Say goodnight Sona, in your own, special tongue! Sona: "Good night." Conan: (In muffled, broken Armenian) "Hello. How are you?"

Agreed but there is also a limit. There are times when Sona seem to have zero respect for Conan who still her boss even though she is not his assistant anymore. She is very lucky to have Conan as a boss who are very lenient and very open minded but if she work anywhere else, she probably get fired right away. You should listen to an interview of her from Andy Richter of how she crosses the line several times and had to apologized. If its any other boss she would be fired along time ago.

If I were Conan I'd try to learn Irish Gaelic to counter the Armenian. By the way, Armenian is an Indo-European language, a group on its own within that family. It's not much closer to Russian than it is to Farsi/Iranian, to Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi and other Indian languages or to English, Spanish or Irish Gaelic. They're all distant relatives with a common ancestor.
