I’d rather have a Cava than a Prosecco!! Just bought some less expensive Champagne 🍾 at the store yesterday and have them in the wine fridge to try some day!!

Hi there, just stumbled upon your vids. Enjoyed your clear & succinct explanation of wines , & their nuances & their historical back stories. However, in this particular episode you omitted to mention English sparking wines that are increasingly thought superior to modern appellations of champagne. Hence, champagne producers are now purchasing land in southern England.
