Nobody needs increased Alexa traffic. Alexa hasn't been important for a decade.

Depends what you want to do. For instagram I use instabot-py. For twitter there is some browser based software for like $30 a year. Soundcloud there is a couple of paid options, but they're all over $100. I'm seriously thinking of building my own proprietary bot.
