This is such a beautiful song, what a enchanting voice he had so gorgeous. My brother's wife had it played at his funeral and there wasn't a dry eye in the church, including mine.

I think we all do, I just learned of his music a year ago and just clued in he passed away. This video never dawned on me it shows them scattering his ashes. 😢 but yet, the beauty he sang and love in his words makes me happy. I've had so much sadness in my life the last year, this song, his voice, brings me peace and acceptance

The first time i heard of this man , was at my friends daughters funeral..she was on only 9yrs old & died from brain tumour in 2022...when played this song with him singing it they said this was imogens favorite...not a dry eye in the building...he sings this beautiful..

I'm retired now, but when I was working a coworker said, "Listen to this." I'm known as Gabby and she gave me her earbud. I got a kick out of the start, but I had never heard of him, and never heard this version before. I was totally blown away and didn't give back her earbud until he was done singing. For some reason, it felt disrespectful to interrupt him. It wasn't until later that I had heard he had passed already away. If I was trapped on a deserted island, and could hear only one song, this would be it.

I spent many years of my navy career at Pearl Harbor. Listened to a lot of his music. I was there when he died and like thousands of others I went and paid my respect to Bruddah IZ. RIP my good man, RIP.

Every March 1st, I drive to my 29 year old nephew’s grave. His resting place is at the Veterans Cemetery. I play this song for him. Gone too soon, as this talented man. Both died from heart complications. Beautiful voice! May they rest RIP. 💔💙
