@@-tabi- I get that you're trying to cheer them up, but you can't just tell them to stop being sad. This is literally heartbreaking especially when you put your time and effort into something you can never get back. It's like working really hard on a school project just to have it destroyed or studying really hard for a test just to fail.

I don't know much about this type of tech stuff but maybe other people have had this happen. You could see if there's a solution. If not, if you have an SD card I'm pretty sure anything that was saved on there you can get back. I don't know. I'm sorry that happened. My Gacha has restarted before and I had to remake all of my characters so I get that part. I'm very sorry about all of that.

Your battery might have died. Sadly, if it did, you won’t be able to get your data back unless it’s saved to iCloud. (Same things happened to my old phone)

It could be a virus or your battery I think its better if you take your phone to somewhere you know that is about tech/ for example if your phone is samsung go to somewhere they sell samsungs and ask about it
