Very interesting. Andromeda is 2.5 million light years away but is 10 billion years old. Jades, one of the 6 galaxies recently discovered by the JW telescope, is at a distance of 13.6 billion light years and has an age of 300 million years. How is it possible ?

It's not. We see them JUST NOW as when they were 300 million years old. Meanwhile they are 13.9 million years old. It took light of those 300 million years old galaxies 13.6 billion years to get to us.

That's ok Michael the earth will get burned up by the sun before Andromeda gets here, as the sun runs out of gas it will expand before exploding into a super nova so we will just be space dust when their galactic centers come together,
Not sure about the name of the newly formed galaxy. Sounds like a device for measuring milk. Mildromeda sounds more galactic sounding I think.
