Hello Denise and Chris. I have been following your blog for few weeks. My name is Tom and I live in California. Though I do enjoy my life here, I have for some while wanted to take a three month trip to Chaing Mai to look into having a small business to manufactor sportswear, like Jerseys, etc. Hoping to leave here soon for my adventure and hopefully I find an opportunity to run a really small textile shop to make and export back to states sports wear. I have heard of one of the people u interviewed that had a small textile shop in Chaing Mai. I still have much to know how complicated that would be to startup this business. I have steady retirement income(three retirement checks a month), so I dont think I wil end up homeless in Thailand or anywhere. hahaha. I am stable in that area. Long comment, sorry. My point here, is I am so open to any correspondence with regards to my idea for my business or any other business in Chaing Mai. I have been to bangkok three times on vacation. I feel its to big and crowded. Hoping I will enjoy Chaing Mai So my email address is tomadams18@gmail.com, if anyone has similiar interest or would like to give me any encouragement or input. Thanks for reading, Tom

Are you continuing to travel on a tourist visa when you go to the US? I'm interested to see how that goes, and would be cool to see you talk about dealing with border crossings. That seems like it'd be one of the most difficult aspects, having to be deceptive at the border, especially in countries like the US who will ask a heap of questions.

Вадим Вадим I am in an ex-soviet country at the moment. (Ukraine) It is pretty cool as it is cheap as fuck. The only thing against to stay here long-term is the income taxes are too high. And everything is really weird here: really slow... Slower Than Nowhere, Ugly Kid Joe.... And the people are really weird... 👽

Andre Me He doesnt speak English that good. Most Bulgarians know English and you will be surprised how many of them speak with proper British accent on top of that. Its impossible to find a person in the 18-45 age group that doesnt speak English. Also keep in mind there are about 2 million Bulgarians in the US alone.
