I usually do Mr. Creeps when DS hasn't uploaded, I'll use a short Mr. Creeps narration before one of DS's, gotta keep the best one's for last and it takes me a while to fall asleep, so I put another one of Mr. Creeps after so I can fall asleep during that one. DS is definitely the king of quality, and Mr. Creeps is the king of quantity, while not being ear-shattering.

I use can never use his new videos for sleeping: The new story keeps my brain active, curious about where it's going. But the new, unheard stories are amazing background when I cook! So I like when they are of different lengths, so I can get a story of a suitable length to tide me over the cooking process. I do enjoy short ones for short tasks, and long ones for more time consuming stuff. He also chooses good quality stories, in my opinion. Or perhaps we simply have similar tastes in stories? The sound effects makes you want to listen his versions of stories, even if you have already heard it elsewhere.

this story always reminds me of when some hulking, probably intoxicated (or maybe just very insane) maniac tried to attack me and a friend of mine one night, clearly intending to do horrific things to us both; I was armed with mace, but had never actually used it in such a situation before, and wasn't confident of its efficacy, especially against a crazed refrigerator-sized monster of a man. We begged some woman in a passing car to let us in, showing her that we were clearly in grave danger from this psycho, but she refused, although luckily her presence made him back off for long enough that another passing car driven by someone more sympathetic actually did let us in, possibly saving our lives. I always wonder what would've happened if that second driver hadn't saved us, but I can tell you one thing, if ghosts are actually a thing, I would've haunted the shit out of that first driver for leaving us to die like that.

I feel the exact way. When I was like 16 I biked to the gym across town all the time and began listening to these (it started out with the dark masquerade ones about pizza delivery and Craigslist). Then they took over my entire life, now i just listen to dark somnium every once in a while. It definitely feels rewarding to listen to. My favorite one was the one where the guy starts realizing his friends are fake and goes a legit adventure uncovering the conspiracy that is his life. Hands down best story I’ve heard.
I like this story because it has a message behind it. Action can have consequences but so can inaction. And in this case it was inaction.

I have anxiety AND live in a house that constantly makes noises. This is just what I needed. =D I was expecting a time-loop at the end, but the ending we got was good. This story feels really familiar. Not sure if something like it was in a show or movie where someone knocked at the door and got dragged away by supernatural dogs followed by a cursed ghost eternally knocking and the curse being passed once the door is opened. Maybe I heard it from a different narrator? Or maybe I'm just misremembering something. Still though, definitely enjoyed the story.
The midnight knocking could've been avoided if he just sleep before 12 am. I don't know why he didn't think of that 😅. On a serious note, the sound effects were just fabulous. It felt so real that I thought someone was knocking/thrashing my front door for a moment. And the screaming of that poor fellow getting mauled was so terrific that I got literal goosebumps.(Listening to it at night didn't help that feeling) All in all, it was great story narrated by an amazing boat.
Someone tried getting into my house in the middle of the night.... My garden is growing extra thick this year.
I've listened to so many creepy pastas in the past, Mrcreepypasta, Creepsmcpasta, and much much more. I will say you are far the best one I've listened to so far, while I can listen to different stories from several narrators, you are the only one I look forward to listen to.
