Danny Funderburk sang for our church October 5 and was spectacular. His beautiful voice and his message of love and salvation from our Savior touched everyone in attendance. I can't wait until he returns to this arfea after the first of the year.

The lady who wrote this song is a dear woman and I have been Blessed to sing alot of her songs,,,she's a God fearing woman bound to a wheelchair but she is still writing songs for God...Danny is awesome with this song..

My father, uncle, and grandparents attended this. You can see them in the audience a few times during the tape.

little over 30 years ago i woke up one morning and got ready for work . but as i was about to go out the door something stop me . so i took one more look at my family . then i went on my way to work . about 8:00 am . i got ran over 2 bones broken i my right leg - 4 ribs broken - spine broken in 3 places . the doctor said that i will never walk again . because god has touch me i'am walking today .

no tenor will ever touch Danny especially when he sings this song that was absolutly amazing

Danny is one of my all time favorite tenor singers. He's a great singer and a great man.

All quartets should have to use this 4some as the measuring stick, probably the best of the last 45 yrs, if not of all-time...

This is also my favorite version of this song. Love how Mark brings it at the end. Also, a tie for my favorite variant of the group, the other being Gerald playing the piano. Thanks for the upload.

Yeah, love that too! Glen clearly wanted him to “raise the roof” but it was clear Danny wasn’t ready for that high of a note lol

My all-time favorite song sung by my all-time favorite group!! This never gets old!!

He is still singing with sveral different people and by his self also. He was in Dandridge Tn a couple of weeks ago. He is still just as much of a blessing as ever. You can find his schedule on his home page....

Man he's so good..This is singing and music right here. They were in it for the right reason and didn't showboat and dance around like chickens..They did it for the lord! and boy did they mean it!

He is a wonderful friend and a great singer. Love him and his singing.

@thrashman1973 THIS was the ultimate Cathedral line-up; I'll never forget sitting at a SG singing and telling the woman beside me that Danny was my favorite, she happened to be Georges sister/cousin (too long ago to remember that detail)....

Thanks & bless you for posting this. I/m no music critic, but it doesn't matter to me who's singing in their group, God ALWAYS has used the Cathedrals to communicate to me & touch my heart, from the time I was a boy & used to hear them on the Gospel Singing Jubilee.

What is Danny doing now? LOVE THIS GUY (in the Lord of course) HE IS AMAZING....I GET CHILLS HEARING HIM SING.....GREAT .....

this one was the best arrangement of the cats by far! nothing beats Danny,Mark, Glen, and George! and @thesaabster mark is the man at baritone! I loved him with Gold City and his own group now Mark Trammel trio/quartet! (since he added a bass) !

@drummerman31 Well said, my friend! The Cathedrals never had a 2nd rate tenor! I think Danny is awesome, but so is Kirk Talley. Kirk has a fine solo voice, Danny has a passion and a fervor no one could match. I could fill a page about all the tenors that came through the Cathedrals vein, buy you all know!

Danny Funderburk is such a powerful tenor...wish I could sing like that, too bad I'm more of a baritone...

Bloom where you are planted. I’m a tenor, yet am a lady. Many choir directors don’t like that. I came to the realization that God gave me the voice I have no matter what man thinks. Use your talents for the Lord to the best that He gives you.

I'm new to listening to these bros..i don't know who's the originals or whatever,but these guys really sound great.
