I do believe that this man (Larry Sparks and his band members) are truly children of God. Would someone hindly deliver this message to Larry Sparks for me. I am Don lackey I am your brother in Christ.

This was the kind of music I was raised up on, Gospel music doesnt get no better then this💞👋👋👋

I finally got to go to Larry Sparks concert , great performance , very nice to meet and chat with , he is a dedicated man of God which I admire

In 1973 while at the first annual Delaware Bluegrass Festival headlined by Bill Monroe and Ralph Stanley (it was my first exposure to bluegrass), I was amazed at the accessibility of the musicians after their performance and got to chat with Larry Sparks. I asked him if there was enough earnings potential in bluegrass to make a living, and Larry, without hesitation, said 'Sure.' Fifty-two years later this video proved him right. Great career, Larry. Well done.

Many years ago we used to sing at old campmeeting days and in revivals intense revivals would last 6 weeks sometimes today churches barely go a week lord help them 🙏 pray for the ⛪ church

I'm 82 y o and have played Bg genre for 44 years, I remember Larry playing local festivals like it was yesterday. Larry had Mike Lilly on banjo, Wendy Miller on mando, Art Widner on bass. 4 guys who could deliver the goods IMO. I play both Martin guitar and tweaked Dean Acoustic bass guitar.

He is the best ,love Spark's.

NIce job by Larry and crew. I remember this one by the Dillards, on probably the first Bluegrass LP I owned. My old bands used to do this one. Whenever I jam with BG types, I call it, simple, driving and fun.
