I love that James always starts his videos the same way: says about a sentence, strums the guitar muted or slides to some random note, then continues talking before playing the song.

It is a gutsy song. It sounds like it's coming from the heart. In your face. One of the first songs i really tried to play carefully listening by ear. I liked the challenge of going over and over the lead parts. Just to try getting the Aerosmith sound. Mama Kin is a tough one learning the lead guitar parts.

Brass. They used to do that in the 70s and for some reason, did it again in 2015.

A lot of aerosmith's songs sound similar, this reminds me of Mama kin in a few places
