I was in Rockville MD to see some Family, and I thought about catching some trains at the Depot.
Train 1 is Amtrak 29 with 1 P42DC leading. When I got to the station when 29 arrived, it met a CSX coal train and its DPU's. Its bound for Chicago Illinois.
Train 2 is CSX M217 with like 136 autorackers, and even a mid DPU! Yes, this was a unit train. it went a bit slower than like other train in Rockville.
Train 3 is the Capitol Limited AGAIN, just with 1 locomotive, this time, a DIRTY ALC-42 Charger at the lead. Also, earlier that day, I believe number 30, the Capitol Limited from Chicago to Washington had a track inspection car in the back, and that might contribute to why the sleepers were at the end, and coaches in the front. My opinion on the ALC-42 is they look like an EV. The only thing I kind of like about them, is possibly its horn.
