mesos cap is just base mesos rate and not total mesos you make in the day from grinding, but a system that involves 8 hours of grinding to reach per day does not affect anyone but bots... if it does affect you, take it as a sign to go outside and touch grass. the problematic thing would be reducing the increased mesos rate for heroic worlds, this would make new players impossible to progress in the game. If they came up with a new system to properly compensates for a mesos rate being reduced to 1x then it wouldn't be a problem, but you cannot just massively nerf the mesos without a proper system to replace it at the same time.

Oh my gosh, I just realized. Yeah you're right! the Reboot passive doesn't count towards the cap lmao. Yeah, cap is 100% coming IMO, unrelated to reboot passive. Thanks! lol

cms still has 5 ring slots, msea has 2 nx pendants, only gms and msea has 0 as. Just few examples where not only cahs shop is diffrent but the game it self. also there are fundamental diffrence with basic systems for example just recently with frags on kms the tradable that makes you limited in sol erda more so events and new systems tend to give sol erda. While in gms you can trade buy the fragments its only about fragments then the sol erda from events and such are completly off balance and are ''usless'' or less worth then intended. You saying that nx na is funding nx na games including maple story, but the game / patches are actually made in korea ? so nx korea is paying them ? then atleast partially nx korea is funding gms to an extend ? or do you think the devs in nx korea are getting pay from nx na for the dev time they spend on gms patch content ? I agree with the general thought seems very reasonable. I think tho they delete the normal cubes and the special sale cubes will keep going. My personal thought why the change names of reboot to normal server names and put clear descriptioon on the servers is to exactly display what is about to happen, both servers are the same 1 can trade 1 is iron man no reg no reboot. I also think this is only the start, it will get worse reboot will lose the passive and they are going to get scrolls and bpots :/ Really appreciate that this all is based of you opinion and putting your reasoning and thinking together, usually these videos are only either reboot copium or reg copium filled with no reason but emotional reaction and outrage :(

Appreciate your response! I did not know about CMS, that's interesting. As for payroll for the overseas team, legally it's Nexon Korea who pays them, yes. I don't know what accounting justification they have, but I imagine there'd be some financial instrument to handle that. I personally don't think Reboot will ever get Bpots & Scrolls, unless Nexon Korea decides it should be as P2W as Reg is... even then it's hard to argue that Reboot potentials are already crazy. It's a can of worms.

1. 50% chance on Reboot losing the 6x passive meso increase. If we do keep the passive, it's not affected by cap. 2. 80% chance on GMS keeping our current cubes, albeit in the cash shop, for same prices. We also get the KMS reset system, likely with same pity ceiling. 3. 100% chance we get meso cap, unadjusted.

I feel all overseas MS are ugly caricatures of maple story... I wish I could play on KMS, even reg. Too many stupid overpowered legacy items, frenzy totems which are no longer available LMAO WTF??? And other mismanaged stuff like that. Yeah make it a bit different but man... quality is not there for sure, overseas devs and management are amateurs.
