Thanks this one worked. But older videos won't work because windows has changed things in the "Allow Telemetry" section under options: . In older videos, they say to select number 3. FULL but now in 2021 we need to select number 2. Enhanced. Anyway, thanks for clearing this up for me.

I got this after i stop windows from updating VGA driver (ATI HD 5450) when windows update the driver display would go dark (no signal) from time to time (this was done years ago) this was not a problem for me ,because i was the one did it ! but now i can't use the Microsoft store and because now have a new VGA ,I'm doing this to change it back ! looks like it worked there is no "Some Settings Are Managed By Your Organization" still waiting for update to do it's thing !
