He doubles the damage and more than doubles the speed (2.5x) of whatever he reflects. Kazuya (2.4x dmg & 1.8x spd) and Min Min (1.8x dmg & 2.4x spd) are tied for second place. Only the Home Run Bat ties with Ness.

@intensellylit4100 Kazuya's Reflector is weaker by 0.1x multiplier and slower by 0.7x multiplier than Ness' bat. It is still the 2nd strongest in the game, however.

reflecting a vertical projectile will never not feel euphoric, especially when it comes to steve’s bullshit anvil.

Probably would never work in high level play, but one thing I love to do as a knowledge check with Mewtwo against other reflector characters is fully charge a shadow ball, make it as telegraphed as possible that I'm going to throw it (get mid-full stage distance and face opponent), then throw it. More often than not, they reflect it back, which then allows me to reflect it again; strengthening it to the point where it breaks through subsequent reflections and just kills at 0. Cheeky, but impractical against anyone with half a working braincell.
