There's a list of characters it might as well be true on. I've never had it fail vs ridley or min min players either.

I could see it being pretty close to true on ridley cause of body size, and then minmin players fall into the same camp as steve players.

11:54 (The stage is 3D Land) It's actually is a carry over from Smash 3ds the same clip through the stage can happen in that game too.
