Pepa and Felix is the only one who actually had a reason to dislike Bruno because if he hadn't said anything then nothing would have happened. Pepa's powers are controlled by her mood and if Bruno hadn't "flooded her brain" by saying "it looks like rain" then nothing would have happened.

@@grigoryopta "Pepa was too emotional", bruh she was getting married, weddings are stressful as hell and Bruno KNEW that. I'm not saying anybody in particular is wrong here, you just have to look at both sides and understand why they feel that way. EDIT: I forgot to include the fact that Pepa is already under pressure to stay calm and happy at all times which would make someone's overall emotional health worse.
