It wasn't James may as it wasn't the Subaru. It was a yellow Chevrolet SSR which is Hammond's vehicle for the next grand tour special which was filmed in Poland in June this year. I think it was a grand tour crew member that was moving it which hit Hammond's personal truck.

Anyone have an idea of what a detailing job of this caliber would cost? I have an old Toyota Hilux that I left in the ocean and that got blown up in a demolition that could use a cleaning. I mean asking for a friend.

They deliberately try to keep the brand of "the trio" for the premium shows only. I think it's been stated before. So you'll see one, maybe two of them together. But not all three. But it would be cool to see Jeremy doing some things.

I woke up this morning and did not expect seeing a 80s montage being so awesome, but it was what I needed.

Well nice to know there is another Grand tour in the works lol

My 2004 Silverado Z71 is supposed to be a truck. Mine is18 years old and has dents and dings all over. The paint is scratched by trees limbs and bushes in the woods. The bed is bead up from use. But is runs perfect and only has 125000 miles on it. I am 74 and it will be the last truck I ever buy and use. I do not treat it like a collector car. It is a TRUCK! Enjoy its usefulness.

Really enjoying these films when you see the smallest cog.

I'm intrigued. We just saw A Scandi Fli k, but there were no yellow pickup trucks in that one, so he's referring to an even more recent Grand Tour episode? Guess we'll have to wait another year to see that one.

He just downscaled fron a Ranger Raptor to regular Ranger. Sure he'll miss the comfort and suspension of the Raptor. I've tried both. And surely realise what I drive now.

As a Texan- I can tell you, Trucks take such a beating and if you treat em right- they never really show it unless whatever you hit was heavier than the truck.

Remember, wax on, wax off. Now repeat.

Love my Ranger, though here in Canada it comes with the Focus St's engine the 2.3 litre turbo w/ 280hp and 310 ftlbs, fun truck. New one with the 400hp 3 litre twin turbo should be a hoot!

Gotta say, that editing is top end!

Interesting. SSRs aren't too unusual here; they are still fairly uncommon. But I've never seen a video of one in a foreign market.

I have a black Ford F150 Platinum that I ceramic coated. The black is very unforgiving. I have a few spots I need to polish and reapply. It's not an exaggeration to say that after coating, the rain washes your car clean.

Seen a truck with a serious dent that couldn't be fixed right in the same area. Dude slapped a sticker of the Coyote flattened against it like in the cartoons. Fixed as far as I was concerned.🤣🤣🤣

Just saw that yellow pickup and it’s very cool I have to say. Better then the Ranger.
