Some Fast Food Cheeseburgers Aren't As Bad For You As The Rest

Ойын-сауық

Not all fast food cheeseburgers are created equally. And while some of the beefier options out there might put you in a food coma, others are surprisingly balanced when it comes to delivering dang good taste for a fraction of the calories.

McDonald's cheeseburger was 59 cents. I had one a few days ago and it costs $2.30 and it is not worth that.

That 59 cent cheeseburger ad for McDonalds had to be in the early 80's. I know because I worked there then, and that's how much they cost. I can still quote the prices of all the items we had on the menu from 1980-81.

Lose 150 calories by dropping the mayo. It has the added benefit of making your burger significantly less disgusting as well.

I usually get either the Wendy's Jr cheeseburger deluxe no ketchup add mustard. I usually get sliders by the case they're perfect the way they are. But when I go to a diner I usually get the burger that says I don't care about how I'm going to feel tomorrow

I am undoubtedly a fan of the burgers at Five Guys, Steak 'n Shake, Hardee's, and Wendy's, but I don't know how to rank them ideally. While I still have yet to visit In N Out, I ought to be guaranteed that this chain will displace one of the former top four candidates.

As expected, Mashed uses outdated metrics of calories fat and sodium to judge healthiness while ignoring sugar and carbs.... and then proceed to compare the nutritional facts of sliders to burgers of varying sizes.

yeah it is sad that happened. the salt content is a joke because salt is constantly lost when you sweat, breathe etc.. its an essential electrolyte for the body along with potassium. to say say increases your blood pressure is also a joke, sugar does most of that and there is way more sugar in all products these days, look at a bottle of ketchup 1/4th of the bottle is sugar. 1 ounce of ketchup is about 2.5 oz of sugar in a chocolate candy bar

Thanks for saying it for me. They also don't mention the disgusting fake cheese used on most of these burgers. Worse for the body than any other ingredient on them. Come on Mashed, you have many videos with great content, but this is not one of them.

Good point I was going to comment. It isn't even sugar in most fast food, but high-fructose corn syrup, which is even worse than sugar as it taxes your liver.

I stopped watching almost immediately when the narrator spoke of a "food comma" (pronounced like the punctuation mark), rather than a "food coma" (pronounced like a medical condition). When someone makes such an obvious error, they cannot be speaking with any authority. When a real person could make such an error, and then the whole production team misses it, that means either this is AI-generated garbage, or ordinary garbage produced by people who are lacking intelligence. Either way, this production team has zero credibility.

At 8:33 there's a description of the original McDonald's Cheeseburger. The description has two of the seven ingredients incorrect. The errors are that the onions are rehydrated and the bun does not contain sesame seeds. The video continues it's description showing pictures of a Quarter Pounder w/Cheese which is not part of the video clip. Extremely POOR and misleading presentation by Mashed. I guess Mashed doesn't care about providing accurate information as long as they can keep pushing out videos to earn views and revenue.
