We have a delicious goat dish called Birria. Check in your local Mexican restaurants , and you may even be directed to local farmers that raise grass fed goats. You will find Birria recipes online. You two should think about a cookbook of Kenya type dishes using organic ingredients. You could call it "A taste of Kenya in America" or "A taste of Kenya in BAMA." 😀I bet the dishes would be delicious.
