    I just found you again, Jack! Nice to see you so happy! Nicole is so lovely! I'm Martha in Medford, Oregon. I watched your videos way back when. My heritage is Mexican-American. We have a delicious goat dish called Birria. Check in your local Mexican restaurants , and you may even be directed to local farmers that raise grass fed goats. You will find Birria recipes online. I would love to have Nicole's recipe for her goat dish. I'm sorry that I didn't write down the name in time. Until next time! 😊

    You two should think about a cookbook of Kenya type dishes using organic ingredients. You could call it "A taste of Kenya in America" or "A taste of Kenya in BAMA." 😀I bet the dishes would be delicious.
