No it doesn't .. I am using it currently and in fact with serum it gives more hydration

Depends but for me this one as its waterproof
I've tried a few tone up creams, including this one but it leaves the skin looking flaky!! Like pilling or something!! Even in places that have no dry patches! I don't know what I'm doing wrong 😔

AoA sister! JazakAllah kher ♡♡♡ For dark hands and feet kindly apply cucumber water. I have a video on my channel as well about it a few years old .. applying cucumber water mixed with rice powder will give u the results..
