@@mathissimple2 😂😂😂
Why not multiply all by 15 as the common denominator for 3 and 5 to get rid of fractions.

That works too!
hi! could u pls help us with this problem, how to solve it? i tried to look for examples with multiple variables but not getting anything: 3z/4 - 8p/7 = 2 after using 28 as common denominator, since there are 2 variables z and p, do we multiply 28 to 2 on the other side of equal sign twice because of what is going on on the left side of equation? or just once since both 3z and 8p is converted to 21z and 32p with the same denominator 28? hope u could help us. tnx

Is the question asking you to solve for z or p?

@@mathissimple2 at this point it’s not really asking to solve for anything, but we are just trying to establish the concept of solving equations involving fractions...pls help

@@bamc3835 The way you described solving the problem in your previous comment is absolutely correct. Once you get to 21z -32p = 56, then you would need to isolate one variable (get that variable by itself). Let me know what you get when you solve for z, and then go through the same process to solve for p. I’ll then verify your answers. Great job so far in striving for the correct answer and to understand this concept.
