Defaultuser0 is basically nonexistent use mr created and used during the installation for some reason. It is deleted after the installation is finished, but if you interrupt it and boot into Windows you get this broken user. Another weird feature/thing Microsoft made

awesome, worked on my HP, the accessibility option is not shown so press the tab button and enter to bring up the windows settings menu.

Whenever I do the shift and click restart and go to trouble shoot the reset doesn’t pop up help!

This video didn't work for me, but here's what I did with my work laptop. YMMV, if it doesn't work the first time, try again; some times Windows would bring me to the login screen where it wants a password, but when it worked, it'll just automatically 'login' for you. All I did was hold shift and power on the laptop and the laptop just automatically logged in to the 'Defaultuser0' profile and saw it needs an update. You'll just want to let it continue through the update and eventually you'll be asked to sign in to your profile/create a profile, then just continue through with the Windows setup and you should be good. Afterwards I did reboot this laptop and the defaultuser0 profile was replaced with the profile I entered in.

yea this funny cuz defaultuser0 could be used for ur acc dont get like unacessable (cuz it lock on update) then they created this user to bypass this situation, if u reset while is updating, defaultuser0 should pop up

Nah I figured out that the last owner installed malware that got rid of that option but it is good I got a full refund 😃

Pro tip: set your password as "incorrect". So when you forget It'll tell you - your password is incorrect
