Lakin avi me windows 7( 64bit ) install krna jata hu to installation screen me keyword and mouse work nhi krta. lakin windows 10 ( 64bit) install hota hai aisa ku bhai please give me solution please🙏🙏🙏

Pen drive pc May insert karne k usko open karne k liye click Kiya to open nahi hota and laptop may bhi insert Kiya and open kar raha hu open nahi hota, kyoun ki pendrive jo file hai usme mujhe edit karna hai and konsi file hai yeh bhi check karna hai to kaise open hoga?
