@Mieraz22 No mistake. The concentration of Ag+ is doubled because of stoichiometry. (When 1 unit of Ag2CrO4 dissolves, 2 individual Ag+ ions go into solution.) When writing equilibrium expressions, the concentration of each ion is raised to the power of its coefficient. Since the coefficient for Ag+ is 2, the concentration is squared. So, yes, the concentration is doubled AND the concentration of Ag+ is squared. All because its coefficient in the balanced equation is 2.

From what I remember from high school chem (aka I may be wrong) you just have to memorize the charges on certain common ions so that when you get something like Ag2CrO4, you know that the charge on CrO4 is -2 and the charge on Ag is +1, so then you know the neutral molecule splits into 2 atoms of silver and 1 CrO4 (+1, +1, -2).
