There's a location named emerald nest, you'll find more there. There are enough of them to open all the gates.

By "Rest of Scandinavia", I assume you are already in Scandinavia. Since you're already in, you don't need to do anything in Egypt. You need to do everything other than side quests in Scandinavia to move further. Just look for quests with a yellow frame and do those. If you don't have one, check the city, town, region's god center (Valhalla), or the last location you completed, might have missed talking to someone.

Hovering (PC) or tapping (Mobile) the location name will tell you if there is a journal part in that location. Make sure you've got all the journals to continue.

Majak? Samjha nahi. Kabhi kabhi chut jati hai kuch chije. Haan maine kabhi purchases nahi kiye. Mein scandivania mein tha tab videos daalne suru kiye to Egypt ke liye maine second account banaya tha. 2 accounts se ho jata hai manage. Abhike segmented events Egyptian account se khelta hu kyunki energy kam lagti hai, aur free wale pichle saal ke reintroduced events Chinese account se khelta hu. Upar se dono accounts mein food mein pura store karke rakhta hu aur events ke wakt hi use karta hu. Umar mein kya rakha hai.. videos enjoy karo ;)

It should be in the cog menu when a video is being played on desktop, or in the 3 dot menu if on the mobile app.

Sorry I had no idea of what would be the ideal speed back then. Latest ones are at an appropriate pace. But you can use youtube's speed controls to slow it down.
