I first heard Solomon King in the mid 60's n RIGHT AFTER my girlfriend broke up with me was driving back home in tears when "She Wears My Ring" came on the radio... although heartbroken Solomon helped me get home..I was 19 and somehow survived but what a wonderful moment to forever cherish... thank you Mr. King.... I studied voice 20 years and wow you were fantastic and something tells me you were born that way! Again thank you

Best singer ever. Most underrated!

I meet in person this great giant of a man with the voice to match, back in the late 60's early 70's at an amazing concert in Auckland New Zealand. 6 foot 8 inches tall and at 18 stone, an amazing man to behold with a wonderful personality and again, what a Voice. Terry Cooper New Zealand

Wow that was great

I wish there was a CD of all the greatest hits of Solomon King to buy. His voice is awesome. Better than Matt Munro and Frank Sinatra. The only other male singer who was also underrated was Danny Street. But I do like Matt Munro. But Solomon King is a gem. A voice given by God.

Now this is how a man should sound. Today's male singers, for the most, part, all sound like women. Why? King sings! This is what I grew up on and I don't know why I have just discovered this man. An old Texan
