So the funny thing is, Mint Knight is an iteration of Mage Lite which was designed by the designer of Dragons of Etchinstone (Joe Klipfel). So he deserves extra kudos!

How different it is from Dragons of Etchinstone?
Hey man, I've been enjoying your channel. I found it when I came to watch a review for Shadows of Brimstone, a game I already own a plethora of content for, and was only interested in hearing someone else tell me it's great. Well you told me it's great, so now we seem to like the same style games, so I've been going through a whole bunch of your videos! It's been fun. Have a good one!

Thank you! Happy you're enjoying the content!
Have you played Tin Helm and if so how does this compare? Thank you for your excellent review.

Great question! I've played Tin Helm multiple times, it was my favorite Tin game until I played Mint Knight. Tin Helm is nowhere near as deep as Mint Knight, but on the other hand it's waaay easier to learn. It's much more thematic, and the artwork is gorgeous and more appealing than Mint Knight's. It also plays much quicker. Tin Helm used to be a staple when taking games with me for trips, but I think moving forward I'll probably lean more towards bringing Mint Knight. Thank you for watching!
For a much better mini implementation of Mage Knight, play Mage Lite instead. It offers so much more than Mint Knight.

Yeah I didn't know Mint Knight was based on it! I'll definitely print it out and play it.
