Oh man, Skolas was my Clans worst nightmare, i think we only managed it twice when heavy and solar were modifiers, so Ghorn was the OP weapon of choice :'( good times.

Just started a new warlock to run through the old campaigns fully, oh how times have changed

Love Skolas! Definitely my favourite D1 boss! on my channel I've got a playlist of me soloing him on all 3 warlock subclasses with no weapons (basically grenades only) and I didn't even crutch self-res on my sunsinger run. I want to go back and do it on all the other subclasses too but... so much shadowkeep prep going on right now.

I remember trying to do this with Solar burn when we were level 34 at the time you would literally get one hit

Skolas was a fun encounter. I remember beating on the first attempt, Did one attempt before just to get a feel for it. I remember having to constantly pull hero and do laps to revive my team mates on several occasions. Kept me on my toes. However nothing will ever compare to Oryx. That was hella fun.

Even without small arms buff on. You should do armor of light touch of malice strat. So much easier. Can still 1 phase him.

Yesterday I solod skolas for the first time. Solas took 26 minutes and the total time was an hour and five minutes. How do gods like you do it in 7 minutes?

@@gumfireparalax1371 I don't know if it's about whether he can make music as good as marty I just think it's that he makes a different style of music that isn't quite like Marty's. It's more loud and more chaotic, Martin O'Donnell's Destiny music style was like Halo Reach and Halo 3 ODST combined.

When did they add swords to d1? I played d1 a lot, but for some reason, I cant remember there being swords in it. I hopped on this game last week just to look at all my old guns, the tower has so many people in it. I was blown away by how many people were still playing this game.

the first time i did this i was yelling and jumping around. It was so stressful because i realized only hours and hours of dying to the debuff you can block it with a damn sword. I HAD TWO SWORDS THE WHOLE TIME!!! Solo stormcaller warlock lets go

Skolas is and will always be the greatest Eliksni villain in both Destiny 1 and 2.

i remember soloing this loads of times for fun to getting some people their completion of this before The Taken King was mentioned. the nostalgia i get after hearing the "Kell of Kells" being heard from Variks.

Juggler, I hated that modifier!!
