Kinga, everything's good with pasta. I'm in New Mexico and love Hatch chilies. Late summer here you can smell them being roasted in most towns. They're absolutely great on a big cheese burger.

Idaho looks awesome! Great roads and scenery! That stream looked like a good spot to catch some trout for dinner. 🐟

Dirt roads and 2-track galore, SW Idaho Owyhee County and Malheur County, Oregon, historical sites and stories. You would have to strip your bike down, eliminate the baggage for a day or two, perhaps even more for desert terrain.

Another great episode, these are my favorite ones where you are just riding, camping, cooking and just doing your thing, cos it's life on the road.... Same, same but different around every bend and every place you stop for the night. I love how Chile speeds up when there's gravel up ahead.

Camping next to a mountain stream, my favorite. Nothing better than your own discovery, solo, in the forest valley.

At high speeds it's not possible, because of the wind, therefore the music.

Please stop dubbing over so much music. We just want to see you ride and hear the bike. You also don't have to talk every minute. Both of these things are reducing my desire to watch.
