I'm so glad you know Tom's CK rd Phil and I agree with you that is a very scenic road. I lived up Tom's CK Rd for a while and I would visit friends in Comboyne. Have you seen the Kindee suspension bridge? Pipeclay Rd on the north side of the Hastings river is worth run as well. Don't slow down on your adventures mate, I enjoy following them😃👏 cheers buddy 👍👍

Thank you for showing some of the camp life. All the channels I watch get to camp and cook 2 minute noodles off screen and we pick back up in the morning. It’s why I started a Channel, to show you don’t need to cook basic while on a bike. How do you deal with the wet tent etc in the morning? Just pack it up wet and dry it out when you get home?

Cheers mate, it's fun to add all the details of camping hey. As for the wet tent. It's nor ideal but I simply pack it away wet, hang it to dry once home - usually under the carport out of the sun. No problems at all with the tent so far doing it that way 👍

@@MidCoastAdventures ah okay. Normally I can get away with just packing the fly away wet. Kmart have very cheap dry bags, I roll the wet fly up in that and pack away so it doesn’t wet everything else

Geez Phil, we crossed paths a few times there, but missed each-other by about a week 🙄When I was where you were here, it was bloody pissing down! By the time you were on this ride I think I was inland and heading North - Murrurundi, Nundle etc. Lovely trip this one, it's not so bad packing up wet when you're on the way home, hey? Loved it as always mate.

I held off for a day due to the rain, sounds like you wore some of it - bummer. Wet tent isn't ideal - especially doing long rides like you are doing. Bit simpler for my one- or two-night runs. And we will cross paths one day David 👍 Enjoy your trip mate!

Gday, good video, what time did you get to Murchison, I'm doing the same ride solo next week, I was thinking I'd maybe in Murchison by 4 or 5 if I take Braeburn road as well. Cheers.
