Hi Andy, I found your channel by chance last week when your review of the kartent popped up. Since then I've watched hours of your content and thoroughly enjoyed all of them. Hi Andy what would make a great video is if you did a comparison with putting up a selection of tents on a windy field, I found it challenging when I camped in Cornwall, love watching your camps.

As a ultralight backpacker I live vicariously through your gear

Its just nice to be alone for a bit. I enjoyed my time in the bush last summer. Very relaxing video and I enjoyed. Stay well and best wishes for a fun/adventure packed new year.

Hey Andy, thankzz again for another amazing video..., I've been living for over 30 years but have only went on camping twice that was when I was a teen it was the most amazing experience of my life being out in nature away from all the city noises but later on due to health reasons I cannot go camping anymore which was really a tough pill to swallow, eversince i stumbled upon your video during the early days of the pandemic i have been living my outdoorsy dream through you...lots of love from India...

Andy I had no doubt you could get that tent set up easily. You've had enough experience, that's for sure. I'm watching you collect stones for the campfire -- where I live if I want a stone or a rock, even small ones, I have to buy them. The soil where I live is so sandy, and zero rocks. the echo of that axe in the woodland sounded amazing,, "i've got this new tent, sleeping bag , knife with me " just waiting one week for you to say , got these new knees 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I could never deal with that tent. If I was 20 years younger I would but I have seen other tents that are more reasonable for me. I love the cot! Top rate and much better than the old military cots that we used when camping with the family back in the 60’s. Once the snow is gone I will start counting the days for camping in the yard for practice! Thanks for your great videos. We may be countries away and life styles completely different but all of us campers are drawn together by the love of outdoors, peace and quiet, adventure, great food bye a warm fire! By the time I saw this video it was already a year old and all of the patches were gone! Hahaha…just my luck!

I recently got the exact same knife here in the u.s. through Amazon. Low priced budget blade but the quality is pretty good. Came with a razor sharp scandi grind and one of the thing’s that impressed me was the removable scales and dangler sheath. The ferro rod loop on the sheath and ferro rod were an extra added bonus. For $40 U.S. couldn’t beat it.

Brotha….I’ve gone through lotta different types of tents from ultra light weight to family size tents…get hold of a Bereg series tent of some kind,my only regret about Bereg tents is that I didn’t discover them WAY earlier !! Lil weight to em,but for sewed in internal frame and the umbrella design pop up plus it’s all hand sown!! Can’t beat em!! Amazing tents ! Pricey but worth every single penny! Bereg UP -2 is simply awesome!!
