I’ve watched many of your videos and finally felt the need to comment. After a lifetime of work, family, and other commitments, I have finally reengaged in canoeing and photography from my teenage years ( now pushing 60). Good to see you Max! What a special trip full of sightings and observations. I love otters as well so that was really great! My Mum knew her birds so well but her passion was wild flowers. She created such beautiful rock & wild flower beds / walkways ( her flower beds were also gorgeous) and this video very much reminds me of her. She was also a patient observer. Didn’t miss a thing about the natural world which is one of the greatest gifts she gave to me. I thank you for your passion in sharing it all with us and hope your trip to states ended well. Safe and happy journeys Max.💜 Barret

Nice to see you back in the land of lakes, connected by rivers, with the occasional stream/swamp thrown in for variety. 😅 Also liked the reflections on patience, vhich of course is a virtue, but means so much more when you're feeding the evil vampire airborne the whole time. 😮

Hi Jason! Yeah, I know... I left the labels to the end of a long stretch of editing and got a little sloppy with it. Will definitely be more careful in the future. I actually almost labeled on of the duck incorrectly on the video I posted last night. I clearly have to keep an eye out for these kinds of details... Glad you enjoyed the shots, and thanks for watching!!
