The drawing doesn't specify whether the 50mm height dimension is between the virtual sharps of the R2 fillets or the tangents of the R2 fillets. I think the correct answer should be 481.18 grams because that's what you get when using the tangents of the fillets for the 50mm dimension.

Sir how to improve drawing reading

Anyone know how to define the 2x R20 fillets in the first sketch? I followed the video but it still comes as underdefined for me

R20 is on both ends that is 2x R20 in drawing.

What about that line drawn at 9:05,You didn't mention the dimension neither its available in drawing. Is this a drawing mistake or what ?

Mass = Mass = 476.968 grams, is the right answer.
