Is true that white epoxy floors turn yellow in time? Also, are white epoxy floors extremely hard to keep clean in a garage? All epoxy floor installers in Sacramento, CA recommends not doing all white epoxy garage floor.

If you are concerned about moisture in the basement you can use a moisure barrier like DK700 before laying your primer on the floor :) globmarble.com/moisture-barrier-and-vapor-blocker.html

No, unfortunately the epoxy isn't a good insulator. It will make the floor much more clean feeling than bare concrete though

Is the top coat necessary? What if you did a second coat of epoxy - sort of a leveling coat?

The point of the topcoat is to add scratch and abrasion protection. Epoxy by itself will scratch very easily and needs a topcoat or sealer.

Beautiful floor. I currently have epoxy on my bedroom floor, I would like to remove it and put porcelain tile down. What should be done for the tile to not move or come up?

If you are tired of having the epoxy floor and would like to replace it with tiles you don't have to remove the epoxy. All that needs to be done is the epoxy should be sanded, and you should use ceramic tile adhesive as the tile glue. Not cement

We do not recommend applying epoxy outdoors because epoxy is not UV stable. It will eventually start yellowing.

Like to see a pearl white floor with some decorative glitter (from Hobby Lobby) speckles with high gloss. Seen it done with poor quality floor products.

Is this super pricy to have done?

We sell all the materials on our website, links to all the materials are in the description of the video. We don't recommend using metallic colors on their own, instead we recommend mixing two metallic colors together to get a much nicer end result

The nonslip sealer has an "orange peel" texture to it. Unfortunately, the glossiness of epoxy is what makes it slippery, especially while wet. You have to pick between the mirror finish and safety. Watch this short video, it explains it a little better- kzread.info/dash/bejne/qX2MmLaTmrqaY9o.html
