    Australia and the UK are still rather familiar with Imperial units. The UK in fact still uses inches, feet, and miles. Australia, though having moved away from miles, still uses lots of idioms containing miles.

    List them smallest to greatest, pay the minimum on everything but the smallest but hit the smallest with anything you can scrape out of the budget (zero based budget is best), when that one is paid off, then the next one is the smallest and you do the same thing.     Next mission is October 23, 2020 on SpaceX Crew-1. But it looks like next return is Mar 2021. There is an Antares rocket from Northrp Grumman schedule to launch Feb 1, 2021, so that may be a better departure and return time, if it could be arranged. Boeing has an Orbital Flight Test for their Reusable Starliner crew module in December, that would be the one to try and get Rexy on - he could be the test pilot. Edit I threw a tweet at the boys and Boeing. Who knows?
