SOLENOID ENGINE - How to Make a V2 Solenoid Engine | DIY micro engine motor

Ғылым және технология

SOLENOID ENGINE - Hii , In this video I am gonna show you how to make a 2 cylinder micro solenoid engine or motor. Solenoid engine or solenoid motor works on the principle of electromagnetism. Each solenoid acts as a electromagnet when circuit is complete at each half rotation. Which then pulls iron rod , which is connected to the crankshaft , folded in such a way that after each half rotation either of solenoid activates and mechanism continues resulting in a rotational force.
This solenoid engine is a FUN science project DIY which you can make in your free time or as a working model for school science fair/exhibition . This model is very easy and simple solenoid engine to make at home with very less materials required . Below i will give further details about the measurment and materials required. So you can make this with perfection and make it working. I have used a 9 volt 2 ampere dc adapter for current supply . 12volt 2 ampere will also work fine. I am providing some links also in case you need to buy them online.
Materials Required :-
1.- Winding copper wire insulated( 26 gauge to 33 gauge will work fine )
10 metres for each solenoid
2.- Pen Refill
3.- Bottle Cap
4.- Cards ( use anything for base)
5.- Paper Clips ( use any thin wire if u don't have these)
6.- Cycle Spoke piece ( this should be magnetic material )
7.- Uninsulated copper wire for connectors
8.- DC 9V 2A adapter
With these material you can make this solenoid engine very easily . Have fun making this physics project . If you have any doubt or suggestions please let me know through comment section. Please share this video with your friends and also i liked this solenoid engine or solenoid motor making video tutorial , please give this video a like a a motivation for me to making these videos . Thanks for watching . Be Creative , Have FUN , Happy DIY .

Listen guys what he is making is correct there is just a correction that needs to be added the copper wires that he used in this project should not be pure copper it should be magnetic otherwise the engine would short out and magnetic flux won't be generated so plzz use a conducting magnetic wire

Most likely he uses 12 Volts, because generally those type of connections are for 12 volt appliances(like in a roku box for example)
