This sounds so complicated! Scary.
Very helpful video! I just have a question. Right now I am set up as a Sole Proprietorship under the name Amber Rexford Photography however I have multiple genres of photography that I do and I want to separate them onto different instagrams and websites. For example I want my landscape work to be called Paradise Perspective. Is this still okay to refer to my sub-categories as different names than amber Rexford Photography but all operate under that 1 business license and do the taxes all together or do I need to create separate businesses for each category or switch to an LLC?

You’ll just need to register each different name as a DBA under your current LLC! I’ve got an associate team brand that operates under a different name, but is still under the Rebecca Rice Photography LLC. It’s registered as a DBA under RRP.
