One thing i think should be included with treadmill reviews is how do they function without internet. I have a nordic track treadmill and when our internet goes down it will sit there and spin for ~5mins as it tries to connect. While it is doing this you aren't able to even start a manual run. As time goes on i expect people to get more and more frustrated with everything needing the internet/subscriptions. Perhaps a roundup of the best treadmills that don't require internet would be good. I wish there was a concept 2 of treadmills

Recommendations for reviews especially higher end treadmills I would like when making a decision (1) some technical insight: quick software overview showing interaction with it getting started, external HR conection, if Hr monitor disconnects will it automstically reconnect, does it integrate w/apple, garmin, polar, stryd to read cadence (2) connecting with external Apps that arent from manufacturer like zwift, peloton, etc and integration/immersion with those apps. (3) how easy is it to connect , get started end and save. When you have a limited time if you are waiting to connect Hr monitor it wastes workout time. Or if you have to push a lot of buttons when you end and you need to rush to work..etc

Can a treadmill like this (or any other) survive being under a covered lanai outside in Florida?

Bought this treadmill and after 4 months had to replace a motor and speed button. Just get the store warranty so you can return and get your money if this happens. I’m stuck with it but the bright side is that the parts are free until that warranty expires

So is this worth the upgrade from the Sole 63?

I love the F80, but for me I'd probably just save some dollars and buy the F63! It's the one I've been using for over a year and I have no complaints. - Linds

I still have the f63 in my garage, mainly because it's great and I'm too lazy to trade it out for a new model when the one I have is working great! - Linds

these treadmills are on the market for so many years, why don't they tell us about the history of their problems reliability, or on the contrary, of their great reliability, of the quality control of the company, of how the company handles problematic situations with their customers. You don’t just buy a treadmill, but guarantees too, parts and problems. I had a Nordictrack 2450 for 10 years and it made super irritating noises for 10 years. According to the web, it's the cadillac of treadmills, while the treadmill mainly frustrated me for 10 years.
