Yes..all rooms hv a 360 degree slum view...i knw sm1 living there who dare not open their windows especially in the mornings as the nullah smells are wafting in the air and its unbreathable...after spending tht kind of money

With this price I can get 12000 sq ft 6bhk penthouse (living room twice this size) with private pool and jacuzzi in Navi Mumbai with best view and amenities,,,and still would have money to buy a Maserati for travel

The beautiful, the grand, the deluxe, marvellous, big,big..but the money is also very big

Just imagining side effects of owning such a big house and no maids to sweep the floors or do the dishes due to lockdown. Nice house though.

The master bedroom is so big inspit of having a bed it can be convert into an 1RK

Sorry with that kind of a price, you should provide a fitted kitchen, walk in closets and built in cupboards. No not worth it.

Awesome living room! Beautiful unbeatable views...long and far!!! But even after paying 23 crores you still dont get privacy....with neighbours overlooking your terrace @ 6.04! ....and then there is a pipe/plumbing running right through your terrace @ 9.19....

Lol this like a puzzle. Which door opens where. Mind boggling but nonetheless what a luxurious apartment. Fit for royalty.

This is beautiful. But a bit complex. I can walk my way in the whole house and wonder what is where. But splendid
